TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket to any LAHVØID event ("Event"), you ("Ticket Holder," "you," or "your") enter into a binding agreement with LAHVØID ("LAHVØID," "we," "us," or "our") and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use a ticket.

2. TICKET PURCHASE & VALIDITY

2.1 All tickets are sold subject to availability and are valid only for the specific Event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket.

2.2 Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Resale of tickets without written permission from LAHVØID is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

2.3 LAHVØID reserves the right to verify ticket authenticity. Invalid, counterfeit, or improperly transferred tickets will be rejected at entry without refund.

2.4 You must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name (if personalized) or be able to prove ticket purchase upon entry.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if:

• The Event is cancelled by LAHVØID and not rescheduled; or
• The Event is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

3.2 LAHVØID is not liable for refunds due to your inability to attend for personal reasons, denied entry due to violation of these Terms or House Rules, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

3.3 In case of Event cancellation by LAHVØID, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

3.4 If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

4.1 All LAHVØID Events are strictly 18+. Entry is denied to anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of supervision.

4.2 Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at entry. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without refund.

4.3 LAHVØID reserves the unconditional right to refuse entry to any individual at any time, with or without stated reason.

4.4 Denied entry for any reason does not entitle you to a refund.

5. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR

5.1 You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with LAHVØID House Rules throughout the Event.

5.2 LAHVØID crew, security personnel, and designated representatives have full authority to remove any individual from the Event immediately and without refund for violation of conduct standards.

5.3 LAHVØID has zero tolerance for harassment, including but not limited to unwanted physical contact, verbal abuse, stalking, or intimidation.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS

6.1 The following items are strictly prohibited at all LAHVØID Events: weapons, illegal drugs or controlled substances, glass bottles or containers, laser pointers, fireworks, professional camera equipment or recording devices, pets (except certified service animals), and promotional materials without prior authorization.

6.2 Prohibited items discovered at entry will be confiscated. Illegal items will be reported to authorities.

7. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

7.1 You acknowledge that attendance at Events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, hearing damage from loud music, crowding, slips/falls, exposure to strobe lighting, and interaction with other attendees.

7.2 You voluntarily assume all risks associated with Event attendance and agree to attend at your own risk.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, LAHVØID Parties shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, disability, death, loss or damage to property, or any indirect damages.

7.4 LAHVØID does not provide insurance coverage for attendees. You are responsible for obtaining your own health and property insurance.

7.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by Dutch law.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

8.1 You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to attend. If you have medical conditions, consult a physician before attending.

8.2 Events feature loud music, strobe lights, smoke machines, and crowded conditions. By attending, you confirm you can safely participate.

8.3 LAHVØID provides basic first aid facilities. Medical emergencies will be handled by emergency services at your expense.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All content related to LAHVØID Events is protected by intellectual property rights owned by LAHVØID or licensed to LAHVØID.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit LAHVØID content without express written permission.

10. EVENT MODIFICATIONS

10.1 LAHVØID reserves the right to modify Event details including lineup changes, venue changes, date or time changes, and event format modifications.

10.2 LAHVØID will communicate significant changes via email and social media. It is your responsibility to stay informed.

10.3 Minor modifications (including lineup changes) do not entitle you to a refund.

11. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

11.1 LAHVØID processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection laws.

11.2 Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used for Event administration, communication, and safety purposes. Photographic and video material captured at Events is processed separately under Section 12.

11.3 Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & LIKENESS

12.1 LAHVØID Events are photographed and filmed. By entering an Event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video, and audio recordings made by LAHVØID or by photographers and videographers we have authorised.

12.2 This material may be used to document and promote LAHVØID and its Events, including on our website, social media channels, aftermovies, and future event promotion. It will not be sold or licensed to third parties for their own advertising.

12.3 We process this material on the basis of our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting our Events (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Notice that filming is taking place is displayed at Event entrances.

12.4 You can ask not to be shown. If you would prefer your face not to appear, you have the right to object at any time, and you do not have to give a reason:

• Tell a photographer, videographer, or any crew member at the Event, and they will not film you.
• Or email lahvoid@gmail.com afterwards. Tell us the Event date, roughly when and where you were, and what you were wearing, so we can find you. We will blur or remove you from any material we still control, and confirm back to you, within 14 days.

12.5 Once material has been reshared by others, we can only remove it from channels we control. We will still act on every request we receive.

12.6 Filming as an attendee. Phones are welcome on the dancefloor. Film and photograph freely for your own personal and social media use. In doing so, please respect the people around you: if someone indicates they do not want to be filmed, stop. Filming that harasses, intimidates, or targets another attendee is a breach of Section 5 and will result in removal.

12.7 Professional camera and recording equipment remains prohibited under Section 6.1. Press, media, and commercial shoots require prior written accreditation from LAHVØID.

12.8 Under Dutch portrait rights (Article 21 Auteurswet), you retain the right to object to publication of your portrait where you have a reasonable interest in doing so. Section 12.4 sets out how to exercise that right.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or Event attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

14.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAHVØID Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or House Rules, your negligent or unlawful conduct, or any claim by third parties resulting from your actions.

15. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LAHVØID regarding Event attendance.

15.2 LAHVØID may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online and apply to all future ticket purchases.
